Cardiology update for the GP

Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals will be holding a GP and primary care focused webinar hosted by Dr Sohaib Nazir, consultant cardiologist who specialises in general cardiology, heart failure, cardiac imaging and cardio-oncology. This will be an interactive webinar in which clinical scenarios will be used to illustrate important clinical problems that the GP should be aware of.

Synopsis

Focusing on all aspects of general cardiology that are encountered in general practice with focused teaching on how to manage and when to refer.

Learning objectives:

  • To gain an understanding of the workup for chest pain
  • To gain an understanding of the management of heart failure
  • To gain confidence in management of hypertension

This webinar will be of interest to GPs and any healthcare practitioners managing cardiology problems in a primary care setting.

A CPD certificate of attendance will be supplied to all attendees.
